摘要
采用正交实验法,以提取物中白藜芦醇的提取率为评价指标,研究虎杖白藜芦醇的最佳提取分离工艺。结果表明:丙酮为提取剂的最佳提取工艺是100%丙酮,液料比为1:20,温度为40℃,时间为36h,虎杖中白藜芦醇提取率可达0.950%。
The orthogonai design is used to determine the extraction rate of Resveratroi as the index of evaluation to study the optimum extraction and separation technology of resveratroi from polygonum cuspidatum. Results: the optimum technology of acetone extraction is as follows: with 20-fold 100% acetone for 36 hours at 40℃, the extraction rate of resveratroi extracted from polygonum cuspidatum sieb et Zucc may reach 0.950%.
