摘要
目的探讨寿胎丸对TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102菌株基因回变菌落的影响,对其遗传安全性进行研究。方法采用直接平皿掺入技术,设寿胎丸不同剂量组,并对TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102系列菌株进行体外染毒,观察其回变菌落增长状况。结果在0.8至200.0 mg/皿的不同测试浓度,+S9与-S9两种测试系统条件下,其作用的4种测试菌株的回变菌落数与阴性对照相比无明显增加,回变菌落背景正常,未显示其有抑菌作用,且无剂量-反应关系。结论寿胎丸药液在本试验所确定的200.0 mg/皿剂量范围内,初步认为对TA系列测试菌株无明显致DNA碱基置换及移码突变性。

Conclusions The Shoutai pills in the range of 200 mg/a utensil were not genotoxicity to TA bacterial aberration.
