护心康对动脉粥样硬化兔肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究护心康对兔动脉粥样硬化防治的作用机制。方法采用高脂喂饲复制兔动脉粥样硬化模型,将护心康分为低、中、高剂量3个不同剂量组进行干预治疗,检测给药后血清和主动脉中TNF-α的变化情况。结果护心康低、中、高剂量均有较好的降低家兔血清TNF-α的作用,其中中、高剂量作用优于低剂量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);原位杂交显示护心康中和高剂量组对粥样斑块中TNF-αmRNA有明显的降低作用,其中高剂量组明显优于低剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护心康具有降低血清和粥样斑块中TNF-α含量的功效。 Objective To explore the mechanism of Huxinkang(HXK) on atherosclerosis(AS) induced by high lipid diet in rabbits. Methods The rabbits were fed with high cholesterol diet to induce the models, then, administrated by HXK with low, middle and high dose. The changes of TNF-α in serum and aorta AS plaque were detected. Results All the low, middle and high dose groups could decrease the level of serum TNF-α,and the effects in middle and high dose groups were better than that in low dose group; The expression of TNF-α mRNA in AS plaque were obviously decreased in the middle and high dose groups, and the high dose group was better than that in low dose group. Conclusion HXK can decrease serum TNF-α and TNF-α mRNA in AS plaque.
