摘要 国华定洲发电厂1号锅炉燃用神华煤,积灰、结渣比较严重。曾采用定时吹灰方式,既不符合实际需求又不经济。通过建立有效的受热面污染监测模型,实现受热面污染在线监测,进行了吹灰优化基础试验,根据试验结果建立了吹灰优化模型,开发了吹灰优化系统。运行数据表明,吹灰优化系统可以有效地降低吹灰蒸汽消耗,提高锅炉运行经济性,防止吹灰不当造成的管壁过度磨损。 Severe fouling conditions were frequently encountered by No, 1 boiler of Guohua Dingzhou Power Plant, which takes Shenhua coal as its main fuel. The periodic soot-blowing way it originally adopted was neither effective nor economical. By on-line monitoring on the heat surface fouling conditions via a previously built monitoring model, experiments on optimization of the soot-blowing system were performed. Based on test results, an optimization soot-blowing model is established while a soot-blowing optimization system developed, Actual operation shows that with the optimized system, steam consumption of soot blowing can be effectively reduced while the economic efficiency of boiler operation raised, and excessive erosion of tube walls due to improper operation of soot blower prevented.
