介绍了高炉煤气的主要燃烧特性,分析了CFB锅炉中掺烧高炉煤气对炉膛换热的影响,提出了水冷壁等传热系数的修正公式,指出了CFB锅炉设计时应注意的问题。
An introduction is being presented to the combustion features of blast furnace gas, while influences of the mixed combustion with blast furnace gas on heat transfer of CFB boiler furnace analyzed. Modified formulas for coefficient calculation of the water wall heat transfer are proposed, and two noteworthy problems needing to be cared for design of CFB boilers put forward.
