摘要
采用微电解—UASB—生物接触氧化串联工艺对油品合成工段产生的高浓度有机酸性废水进行了研究。结果表明,微电解预处理有效地降低了废水酸度和CODCr,为后续生化处理创造了条件;后续UASB厌氧生化法、生物接触氧化法对CODCr的去除率分别达到76%、90%以上。试验表明,该工艺具有较好的可行性。
According to the feature of waste water from Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, microelectrolysis-UASB-biological contact oxidation process was used for high content organic acid waste water treatment. The result shows that pH value and CODcr of waste water is reduced by pretreatment of microelectrolysis, which favors subsequent biochemical treatment. The CODer removal efficiency of subsequent UASB anaerobic and biological contact oxidation process is more than 76% and 90%, respectively. Feasibility of microelectrolysis-UASB-biological contact oxidation process is proved by the experiment.
