摘要
为了实现对电磁发射机中功率器件的高精度控制,提出了采用光纤连接的方法实现功率驱动PWM信号的传送。设计了由HFBR-1527发送器、HFBR-2526接收器和高速驱动芯片TC4452组成的高速光纤隔离驱动电路。实验结果表明,该光纤驱动电路能够实现PWM信号的精确传送,延迟时间在100ns以内,抗干扰能力强。该高速光纤隔离驱动电路已经在电磁发射机的开发中得到应用。
To control the power device accurately,a method using optical fiber link is proposed to transmit the PWM signals.A high-speed optical isolated drive circuit which is composed by HFBR-1527,HFBR-2526 and TC4452 is developed.Experiment has proved the PWM signals can be transferred precisely,delay is less than 100 ns and EMI immunity is im-proved.This circuit has been applied in development of Electromagnetic transmitter.
