服务接触理论及其最新研究进展 被引量:23

摘要 服务在社会经济中的重要性与日俱增,服务管理已经引发人们广泛的关注。作为服务管理的重要环节,近年来服务接触受到了众多学者的关注,并取得了较为丰富的研究成果,为服务企业管理提供了理论依据和决策支持。然而,众多服务接触有关研究仅局限于某几个服务行业,如餐饮、旅馆、旅游和航空等,今后有必要扩大研究范围,在其余服务行业展开验证。
