摘要
采用多功能材料试验机和电脑配色测色仪等检测手段,研究多氨基游离甲醛捕获剂对其捕获毛皮的复鞣性和助染性。试验表明:该捕获剂对毛皮皮板中游离甲醛的捕获率为29%,使毛皮皮板的物理机械性能提高,对毛皮皮板有明显的复鞣填充作用;多氨基游离甲醛捕获剂可使酸性染料、直接性染料染色的颜色增深,上染率提高,助染作用明显,对金属络合染料无助染作用。
The retanning and assistant-dyeing properties of multi - amino polymer formaldehyde capture agent were investigated with multifunctional material experiment machine and computer colour matching and measuring system. It shows that the capture rate of free formaldehyde in the furs by the capture agent is 29%. And the physical and mechanical properties of the furs were improved, The capture agent has good retanning and filling effects to the furs. With the multi-amino polymer formaldehyde capture agent, the acid dyes and direct dyes have better rate of dye-uptake and the furs have deeper color, While the capture agent has no assistant dyeing functions to metal complex dyes.
