甜瓜蒂的毛细管电泳数字化指纹图谱 被引量:8

摘要 目的采用毛细管区带电泳法建立甜瓜蒂指纹图谱。方法以的50 mmol.L-1硼砂(含体积分数为5%的乙腈溶液)为背景电解质,运行电压12 kV,紫外检测波长228 nm,以10个不同产地药材的电泳图谱建立了甜瓜蒂毛细管电泳指纹图谱。结果确立11个共有峰,用"中药色谱指纹图谱超信息特征数字化评价系统"全面挖掘了该CEFP的潜信息,建立了甜瓜蒂毛细管电泳数字化指纹图谱;同时用双定性相似度(SF和S′F)双定量相似度(C和P)评价了甜瓜蒂毛细管电泳数字化指纹图谱。结论所建立的毛细管电泳数字化指纹图谱可为甜瓜蒂鉴别和质量控制提供参考。 Objective To establish a method for fingerprints of pedicel of Cucumis melo by capillary zone electrophoresis. Methods The background electrolyte was 50 mmol·L^-1 sodium borate containing 5 % acetonitrile. The voltage was 12 kV and the wavelength was set at 228 nm. The fingerprint, produced from electropherograms of ten different batches of samples, was established and 11 common peaks were confirmed. Results The ten capillary electrophoresis figerprints (CEFP) were assessed by the software of the Digitized Evaluation System for Super-information Characteristics of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Fingerprints for potential information mining, and also evaluated by the dual qualitative similarities ( SF and S'F)and the dual quantitative similarities( C and P). The digitized CEFP of pedicel of Cucumis melo had been established to accurately achieve both the qualitative and the quantitative assessments of its overall quality. Conclusions The method can provide a novel way to identify and control the quality of Pedicellus Melo .
