摘要
目的探讨肿瘤标志物CEA、CA12-5、CA19-9和CA72-4检测对胃癌的诊断价值。方法采用电化学发光法检测45例胃癌和35例健康体检者的4种肿瘤标志物,并探讨联合检测对诊断胃癌的临床价值。结果45例胃癌患者血清CEA、CA12-5、CA19-9和CA72-4阳性率明显高于健康体检对照组(P均<0.01)。结论单项检测血清CEA、CA12-5、CA19-9和CA72-4对胃癌的诊断有一定的临床价值,联合检测这4种标志物更具有临床意义。
