摘要
本文总结了发达国家近20年来食品安全管理体制调整的情况。结合我国基本国情,对《食品安全法(草案)》提出了修改意见。
Adjustment of food safety management systems in developed countries during the last twenty years was summarized. With concerns about the fundamental realities of China, amendments were proposed to Food Safety Law(Bill).
