摘要
介绍了气体膜分离技术在中国石化茂名分公司Ⅲ套制氢装置的应用情况。此技术应用后,通过对其物料平衡、生产能耗、经济效益等几个方面进行分析评价,认为使用气体膜分离技术为全厂氢平衡提供了灵活的手段,取得了很好的经济效益,该项技术适宜在炼油厂回收氢气项目上推广使用。
The gas membrane separation technology has been successfully applied in the hydrogen generation plant in SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical Co. The analysis of material balance, operation energy consumptions and economic benefits confirms that the application of gas membrane separation technology has provided an effective means for the hydrogen balance in the refinery and improvement of refinery profitability. The technology is recommended to be applied in refinery hydrogen recovery projects.
