摘要
目的用高效液相色谱梯度洗脱的方法有效的控制复方左氧氟沙星喷雾剂杂质。方法色谱柱BonChromC18,流动相为0.025 mol/L磷酸(三乙胺调pH 3.0±0.1)和乙睛两相不同比例梯度洗脱,检测波长为278 nm,流速1 ml/min,柱温30℃。结果有效地控制了该喷雾剂杂质的含量。结论方法可靠稳定、无干扰,专属性强。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for determinatian of the related substances in compound levofloxacin. Methods Bonchrom C18 column was used for HPLC. The mobile phase was 0. 025 mol/L phosphoric acid and acetonitrile gradient solution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 278nm. Result Related substance in compound levofloxacin can well be controlled. Conclusion The HPLC method for detecting related substances in compound levofloxacin may be available,credible and stable.
