摘要
目的:建立工作场所空气中二异丁基甲酮的直接进样气相色谱测定方法。方法:按照《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求进行实验。结果:本方法在0~1600μg/ml范围呈线性关系;方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为1.00%~1.33%;方法的最低检出限为1.2μg/ml。空气中可能与二异丁基甲酮共存的环己烷、甲基环己烷、异佛尔酮等在本方法条件下不干扰测定。结论:此方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中二异丁基甲酮的现场监测。
Objective:To establish solvent desorption gas chromatographic method for determination of air diisobutyl ketone in workplace. Methods:This method is based on "Standardization of methods for determinationof toxic substances in workplace air". Results:This method presents tinear relation within 0 - 1600 μg/ml. Precision(RSD) : 1.00% - 1.33%. Detection limit: 1.8 μg/ml. Other volative organic solvents, e. g. , Cyclohexanone, Methylcyclohexanone, Isophorone are not interferences. Conclusion : This method is meet the requirement of "Standardization of methods for determination of toxic substances in workplace air". It is feasible for determination of Diisobutyl ketone in workplace air.
