摘要
目的:探讨急性白血病患者化疗前后白介素-2(IL-2)及白介素-6(IL-6)水平变化对免疫功能影响的临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析法对57例急性白血病患者进行化疗后血清IL-2及IL-6含量检测,并与30例正常健康人作对照。结果:急性白血病初治组及短期完全缓解(CR)组IL-2水平分别为(18.69±9.41)ng/L,(29.36±6.30)ng/L,明显低于长期CR组(46.71±8.23)ng/L及正常对照组(53.62±8.86)ng/L;初治组及短期CR组IL-6水平分别为(125.86±15.78)ng/L,(82.27±10.21)ng/L,明显高于长期CR组(30.29±7.63)ng/L及正常对照组(23.46±6.32)ng/L。初治组IL-2和IL-6水平与长期CR组及正常对照组比较差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论:初治及短期CR急性白血病患者IL-2水平低、IL-6水平高,造成免疫抑制状态,白血病易复发。随着CR时间的延长,免疫状态逐渐恢复。
Objective:To probe into the clinical significance of influence of the changes of interleukin(IL) -2 and IL- 6 on immune function of acute leukemia (AL) patients before and after chemotherapy. Methods: With the radio - immuno - assay (RIA) used, the contents of IL- 2 and IL-6 in the serum of 57 cases AL patients after chemotherapy were tested, which had been compared with 30 cases healthy persons. Results : The levels of IL - 2 in AL initial treatment group and short - term complete relief (CR) group were respectively ( 18.69 ± 9.41 ) ng/L and (29. 36 ± 6. 30) ng/L, which were obviously lower than those in long -term CR group (46. 71 ±8.23) ng/L and healthy control group (53.62 ± 8.86) ng/L. The levels of IL - 6 in AL initial treatment group and short - term CR group were respectively ( 125.86 ± 15.78) ng,/L and (82. 27 ± 10.21 ) ng,/L, which were obviously higher than those in long - term CR group ( 30. 29 ± 7.63 ) ng/L and healthy control group (23.46 ± 6. 32) ng/L. The levels of IL - 2 and IL - 6 in initial treatment group had significant differences comparing with those in long - term CR group and healthy control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:Of the AL patients in initial treatment group and short -term CR group, the level of IL - 2 is low and IL - 6 is high, by which the immuno - suppression condition will be formed and the AL is easy to recur. With the extending of CR time, the immune condition will gradually recover.
