摘要
针对广东饮用水源的水质特点,采用臭氧预处理—常规处理—深层过滤组合工艺对微污染水源水进行生产性试验,结果表明:当进水浊度、CODMn、氨氮、铁、细菌总数和大肠菌群等分别为8.44~112.09NTU,1.13~2.98mg/L,0.07~0.31mg/L,0.65~9.74mg/L,3.2×103~3.6×103CFU/mL和1.6×103CFU/100mL时,出水各指标分别为0.09~0.68NTU,0~0.79mg/L,小于0.02mg/L,小于0.01mg/L,未检出和小于3CFU/100mL;年平均去除率分别为99.15%,80.33%,84.89%,94.17%,100%和近100%。该工艺出水水质好,抗冲击负荷能力强,运行平稳。
In accordance with the characteristics of water source for drinking water supply in Guangdong Province, productive experiment with process of ozone pretreatment, conventional treatment and deep filtration was conducted to treat the slightly polluted raw water. The experimental results showed that in case when the pollution parameters in the inlet raw water were 8.44 to 112.09 NTU, 1.13 to 2.98 mg/L, 0.07 to 0. 31 mg/L, 0. 65 to 9. 74 mg/L, 3. 2× 10^3 to 3.6 × 10^3 CFU/mL and 1. 6 × 10^3 CFU/100 mL for turbidity, CODMn, ammonium, iron, total bacteria number and Coliform population respectively, removal rates of 99. 15%, 80. 33%, 84. 89%, 94. 17%, 100% and close to 100% could be obtained for the corresponding parameters. Residues in the outlet water were 0.09 to 0. 68 NTU, 0 to 0. 79 mg/L, less than 0. 02 mg/L, less than 0. 01 mg/L, 0 and less than 3 CFU/100 mL for turbidity, CODMn, ammonium, iron, total bacteria number and Coliform population respectively. This process has advantages of good outlet water quality, increased capacity against shock-loading and stable operation.
