摘要
通过纸层析、纸电泳、pH层析等方法研究了拮抗番茄早疫病菌的放线菌WL07发酵产物的理化性质,同时也进行了该拮抗菌发酵产物的光稳定性、热稳定性等相关试验。结果表明,拮抗番茄早疫病菌的放线菌WL07发酵产物为碱性物质,易溶解于水,且稳定性较好,这些性质的研究可为发酵产物分离提取方法的选择提供理论依据。
Physico-chemical properties of fermentation substance of the streptomycetes WL07 rivalrying Alternaria solani were researched through paper chromatography, paper electrophoresis and pH chromatography, at the same time, light stability and heat stability were also researched. The results showed that, the fermentation substance was identified alkaline, easily soluble in water and had better stabilization. These properties had provided theoretic bases for separation and extraction methods.
