摘要
目的:建立益肾补骨口服液中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D·葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Thermo Gold C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20:80);流速1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长为320 nm。结果:2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在7.5～62.8μg·ml^(-1)的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均回收率102.3%,RSD=0.8%。结论:该方法简便,可靠,可用于益肾补骨口服液的质量控制。
Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of 2,3,5,4＇-four hydroxyl styrene-2-O-β-D-glucosaminide in yishen Bugu oral liquid. Method： Thermo Gold C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm） was used, the acetonitrile-water （20：80 ） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml· ml^-1 ; the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Result： The linear range of 2,3,5, 4＇ -four hydroxyl styrene -2 - O-β-D-glucosaminide was 7.5 - 62.8 μg·min^-1 （ r = 0.999 7 ）, the average recovery was 102.3%, RSD =0.8% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple,and reliable ,it can be used for the quality control of Yishen Bugu oral liquid.
