摘要
介绍了一种基于扫描电镜采集烟雾粒子图像,通过计算机图像处理计算出烟雾粒径的方法。该方法能够准确、实时地测量烟雾粒径,是扫描电子迁移粒径谱仪等仪器测量烟雾粒径的有效补充,也可以作为其测量结果的标定。
Introduces a method using scanning electron microscopy to collect smoke particles and adopting computer image processing technology to calculate smoke diameters. The method can be accurate, real time measurement of smoke particle size. It is an effective supplement of scanning electron mobility spectrometer, and can be considered the calibration for measurement results.
