摘要
确定了多组分溶液中肌醇的检测技术和仪器分析方法。研究了反应温度、时间、pH、加酶量等因素对植酸钙酶催化反应过程的影响,确定了植酸钙酶催化反应过程的工艺条件,提出了酶法提取肌醇的新工艺。
The instrumental analysis method of inositol in the multicomponent solution was established. The effect of temperature, time pH, and the amount of enzyme on phytin enzymolysis process was studied, and the technological conditions of phytin enzymolysis process was determined. The new technological process of producing inositol by enzyme method was come into being.
