摘要
用正交实验探讨银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。研究结果表明:在90℃条件下用9倍于叶重体积的70%乙醇回流提取4次,每次1h,银杏叶黄酮糖苷提取效果最好,其平均浸出率可达(95.6±1)%。分光光度法测总黄酮的回收率为102.8%,7次平行测定的相对标准偏差CV为0.41%。
The optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba L.were investigated by using the orthogonal design.The results showed that 90℃,9∶1 of 70% ethanol to Ginkgo biloba L.weight ratio,extraction for 4 times and lh for each time were optimal.The average extraction rate was as high as (95 6±1)%.The average recovery of total flavonoids determined by spectrophotometry was 102 8% and the coefficient of variation was 0 41%.
