摘要
利用红外对射检测系统、双稳态触发器及语音录放模块,设计了一种红外自动安全保护装置,一旦人体进入危险区域,装置立即报警,并同时切断电动机电源,确保人身安全。经测试,控制准确率高(1.5m内,有效控制率为100%),保护装置电路简洁、成本低、抗干扰能力强、工作稳定和使用方便。适宜于安装在冲压机械、注塑机和剪板机等机床设备上使用。
Infrared automatic safeguard device is designed with infrared test system, voice recording-playing module and EcclesJordan circuit. Once a body part enters into the danger area, the device will give an alarm and turn off the power to insure personal safety. It is tested that control accurate rate is high( effective control rate is 100% within 1.5 meters). The circuit has the character of low cost, concise circuit, strong anti-jamming ability, working stability and use-convenience. It is suitable for machine tools such as punch machine, pour plastic machine and cutting armor plate machine that are installed.
