耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌抗消毒剂基因的检测 被引量:16

摘要 目的了解某医院临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌消毒剂抗性基因携带情况,以便掌握其对消毒剂抗药的可能性。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测25株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌中qacA基因。结果临床分离的25株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌中有16株检出qacA基因为阳性,qacA基因携带率为64%。结论该医院临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌中qacA基因的携带率较高,存在抗消毒剂的可能性,应引起临床医院感染控制部门的重视。 Objective To investigate the expression rate of disinfectant - resistant gene (qacA) in methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains isolated in a hospital for understanding the possibility of their resistance to disin- fectants. Method Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect qacA gene in 25 MRSA isolates. Results The expression rate of qacA gene in the MRSA isolates was high, being 64% ( 16/25), Conclusion Since the positive rate of qacA gene in the MRSA isolates was high, it is possible that the isolates may be resistant to disinfectants, to which the department for monitoring of nosocomial infections should pay much attention.
