摘要
以葡萄糖酸钙为起始原料,用浓硫酸酸化脱钙,所得到的葡萄糖酸用氢氧化钡和草酸为沉淀剂进行纯化,生成溶度积更小的流酸钡和草酸钙以除去少量的SO42-和Ca2+,过多的Ba2+也与草酸生成草酸钡沉淀而被除去。纯化后的溶液经适当浓缩用氧化锌中和,加入少量的葡萄糖酸锌晶种和少许无水乙醇促进葡萄糖酸锌结晶,再经干燥得最终产物。对反应时间,反应温度,结晶条件,结晶时间进行了详细研究。用元素分析和红外光谱对产物结构进行了确证。并对产品质量进行了分析,结果表明:用该工艺合成的葡萄糖酸锌质量达到了日本同类产品标准,产率为96%。
Zinc gluconate is synthesized with new materials Calsium gluconate,concentrated H 2SO 4,ZnO ect. The reaction begins from calcium gluconate,Ca 2+ is removed by addition of concentrated H 2SO 4,the gluconate acid was purified by Ba(OH) 2 and H 2C 2O 4,SO 4 2- is removed with the deposition BaSO 4,Ca 2+ ,Ba 2+ is removed with the deposition CaC 2 O 4、BaC 2O 4.After concentrated, the purified solution is neutralized with ZnO,crystallized by addition of a little Zinc gluconate Crystal and alcohol,dried to obtain the least product, the yield is 96%,The reaction time,temperature,crystallization condation and time is detailed. The structure of the product is characterized by element analysis and IR.
