摘要
介绍了电去离子(EDI)技术工作的基本原理,阐述了包括特种分离在内的国内外EDI技术应用进展,除传统的纯水制备外,特别对当前EDI的几个新兴应用领域进行了分析总结,主要包括低浓度重金属废水处理、化工产品分离纯化、树脂电化学再生、饮用水脱硝等。在研究进展方面,主要对EDI膜堆的结构设计、当前EDI运行过程中的结垢问题与防治措施、EDI与其他技术的集成以及传质机理研究等进行了探讨。最后对EDI技术的发展前景进行了分析和展望。
In this paper, the basic principle of EDI process is introduced. Besides its application in the conventional pure water preparation, the newly developed application fields, including the removal of dilute heavy metal ions from wastewater, separation and purification of bio/cbem-products, ion exchange resin electroregeneration, and denitration of drinking water, are discussed. In addition, the EDI module and system design, scaling prevention, EDI integrated with other separation methods, and the mass transfer mechanism in EDI process are summarized. Furthermore, the development of the EDI technology is prospected.
