摘要
根据现实的需求和先进理论的指导,中国劳动关系学院针对学生英语水平的差异实行了大学英语分级教学,取得了显著效果,但同时也还存在一些问题,需要在教育管理、师资配备、考核标准等方面采取相应对策加以解决。
According to real needs and advanced theory, our institute adopts teaching college English in Grades on the basis of different English level of students. The effect is obvious but there are also some problems. We should improve teaching administration, qualified teachers and standards of examination so as to resolve the problems.
