The History and Contemporary Situation of Sustainable Open Housing

摘要 开放住宅理念自上世纪60年代被提出以来.在很多国家被推广和应用。除了以荷兰为代表的欧洲国家.开放住宅还传播到包括中、日、韩在内的亚洲国家。开放住宅明确区分支撑体(5)和填充体(1),具有结构体耐久、空间使用容易更新等资源循环的可持续发展特质.1990年代以后逐渐被一些发达国家作为住宅建设的主要模式加以研究并推广。本文在回顾整理开放住宅的发展演变的基础上.结合代表性理论和案例阐述开放住宅的方法和应用的可能性。 Since the 1960s Open-house idea was raised, it has been spreaded and applied in many countries. In addition tO the Netherlands and European countries, Open-house has been spreaded to Asian countries Including China, Japan and South Korea. Open-house is clearly distinctive in Support and lnfill systems, and possesses the sustainable development of resources cycle characteristics, including durable structure and easily renovation. Since the 1990s, as the main housing construction mode, it has been gradually studied and promotted in some developed countries. Based on recalling and coordinating Openhouse's development and evolution, combining theory and representation of Open -house's case studies ,this paper sets forth the methodology and application of possibilities about Open-house.
