超声波提取虎杖中白藜芦醇的优化工艺研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:筛选虎杖中白藜芦醇的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用超声波提取,正交实验优化提取条件,高效液相色谱法测定虎杖中白藜芦醇的含量。结果:虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取最佳工艺为:液料比6:1,温度70℃,乙醇浓度70%,提取时间20min;各因素的影响依次为:提取液料比、温度、乙醇浓度、提取时间。结论:最佳优选结果经验证实验,具有较好的重现性。 Objective:obtain the best extraction processing of resveratrol from Polygotnum cuspidatum. Methods: supersonic extraction was used to extract, optimum extracting process was selected by the orthogonal test, the contents of resveratrol in Polygotnum cuspidatum were determined by HPLC. Results:the optimum condition of supersonic extraction was as follows: proportion of extracting solvents was 1:6, extracting temperature was 70℃, the concentration of ethanol was 70%, extracting time was 20min. The processing conditions affected the yield, and that the effect of each condition decreased in the following order: in proportion of extracting solvents, extracting temperature, the concentration of ethanol and extracting time. Conclusion: the best optimization outcome has a good repeatability after using in the test experiment.
