摘要
目的探讨川芎挥发油(CH)解热作用机理。方法采用大鼠啤酒酵母发热模型,腹腔注射给以高、中、低3个剂量CH观察大鼠直肠温度变化,然后以放射免疫法测定大鼠下丘脑组织中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量。结果模型组大鼠肛温和下丘脑组织cAMP含量明显高于正常对照组,CH高、中剂量组均有明显的解热作用且在发挥解热作用的同时大鼠下丘脑组织中cAMP含量明显降低,低剂量组与模型组相比有降低作用趋势,但无明显差异。结论CH解热作用的机理之一可能为减少下丘脑组织中cAMP的含量使中枢体温调定点下调而达解热效应。
Aim: To investigate the antipyretic effect of the essential oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. (CH) on ferile rats induced by brewer' s yeast and its mechanism. Methods: The effects of the essential oil of Ligusticum CH. on changes of rectal temperature and hypothalamic content of 3', 5' - cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) was measured in the rats following injection of brewer' s yeast. Results: CH reduced the febrile responses of rats. CH decrased the content cAMP in hypothalamus in ferile rats induced by brewer' s yeast. Conclusion: CH has an antipyretic effect on fever in the rats. The experimental shows CH reduce the content of cAMP may play a partial role in the CH antipyretic ation.
