目的:观察血清人β-防御素2(HβD-2)水平在女性生殖周期中的变化,了解并分析促排卵过程中大剂量外源性人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)影响下血清HβD-2水平的变化。方法:选择因无排卵或稀发排卵应用HMG促排卵行宫腔内人工授精(IUI)者30例为IUI组,15例健康女性为对照组。IUI组于用药周期月经第2天、IUI当日,对照组于月经第2天、围排卵期采集空腹晨血,RIA法测定促卵泡生成激素、促黄体生成激素、雌二醇基础水平,夹心ELISA法测定血清HβD-2水平,并B超监测卵泡发育、子宫内膜厚度。结果:IUI组和对照组月经期血清HβD-2水平与围排卵期相比,均显著增高(P<0.05)。围排卵期血清HβD-2水平与成熟卵泡数量、子宫内膜厚度及外源性HMG用量均无明显的相关性,r分别为0.09(P>0.05)、0.04(P>0.05)、0.28(P>0.05)。结论:血清HβD-2水平在女性生殖周期中可能呈周期性变化,月经期较高,围排卵期降低。外源性HMG对血清HβD-2无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum human β-defensin-2 (HβD-2) levels in female reproductive cycle and to analyze the alterations in HβD-2 levels affected by the use of exogenous gonadotropin hormone HMG at a large dose during ovulation. Methods 30 patients who received HMG for ovulation and IUI due to anovulation or rare ovulation were selected to experimental group and 15 healthy women were recruited as control. Baseline levels of FSH, LH, and E2 were detected by RIA, so was HβD-2 level by sandwich ELISA on the second day of the menstrual cycle(periovulation phase). Follicular development and endometfial thickness were measured by B ultrasound. Results Serum HβD-2 levels in both the experimental group and the control group were markedly higher in the early menstrual period than the ovulation phase (P 〈 0.05). Serum HβD-2 levels in the periovulation phase were not related with the number of mature follicle, endometrial thickness, and dosage of HMG, r value being 0.09 (P 〉 0.05), 0.04 (P 〉 0.05), and 0.28(P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Serum HβD-2 levels are higher in the menstrual period and decline in the ovulation phase, showing a periodical change during the female reproductive cycle. Exogenous gonadotropin hormone HMG has no significant effect on serum HβD-2 levels.
