依巴斯汀与特非那丁治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹临床对照观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对比观察依巴斯汀与特非那丁治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:124例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服依巴斯汀(开思亭)10 mg,每日1次,连服28 d,对照组口服特非那丁60mg,每日2次,连服28 d。结果:治疗组62例中痊愈22例(35%),显效27例(44%),有效率79%。对照组62例中痊愈18例(32%),显效21例(36%),有效率63%。结论:依巴斯汀治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效较好,不良反应较小,有临床推广价值。
