摘要
线控技术引入到汽车工业后被认为可以有效地提高车辆安全性、性能和燃料效率,同时又可以减少设计和制造费用。介绍了基于SAE J1939总线的线控节气门控制系统的设计与实现方法,阐明了系统的体系结构、工作原理、节气门控制器模块的硬件与软件设计方法,设计并实现了"可调驾驶性能"、"酒后驾驶监控与报警"等线控油门扩展功能,SAE J1939协议为本系统未来与车辆其它系统的功能集成提供了通信接口。样机测试结果表明,系统能够在所设计的多种功能模式下可靠地工作,具有良好的应用前景。
The introduction of wire system in the automobile industry can efficiently improve safety, performance, fuel efficiency, and decrease the design and manufacture cost of cars. The development of the throttle is introduced by wire system based on SAE J1939. The system architecture, operating principle, and the design and realization methods of hardware and software of the throttle controller module are illustrated. Functions of "driver selectable performance" and "prompt and alarm of drunken driving" are designed. SAE J1939 provides the interface for integrating other vehicle functions. Experiment results prove that the system can work under modes designed reliably and will be applied well in the future.
