摘要
在双氧水法冷轧堆前处理工艺的基础上,探索了纯棉织物次氯酸钠法冷轧堆前处理工艺,结果表明,两者的反应规律相似,故工艺过程几乎相同;只要加工液中有效氯的浓度保持在一定浓度范围,不必另加烧碱,就可进行浸轧加工;后处理可以有2种不同方法供选择;影响棉织物毛效的因素中,果胶的影响比蜡状物质大.
On the basis of cold pad-batch pretreatment for cotton fabric with H,O, method,the alternative NaCl0 method was studied. The results show that both methods have analogous reaction regularity, and so, their technological process is about the same, So for asthe available chl0rine in process solution is maintained at a certain extent of concentration,padding process can be simply carried out and adding of supplemental alkali is unnecessary. Two different kinds of aftertreatment method may be selected. Between two factorsin influencing capillary effect, pectin attributes more than wax does.
