摘要
本文在利用有限元分析软件对1Cr17Ni2耐热不锈钢板的激光扫描弯曲过程进行数值模拟的基础上,分析研究了工艺参数,如:功率、光斑直径、扫描速度、板厚、宽度对激光弯曲成形的影响规律。
Based on the Numerical simulation of laser bending 1Cr17Ni2 heat-resistant stainless steel with MSC. Marc software, relationship between the bending angle and process parameters,such as laser power,focus diameter, scanning speed, sheet metal thickness, blank wideness ,are studied.
