摘要
“YPF”-纤维粉以高含膳食纤维的燕麦麸为原料,经挤压膨化处理变性而成,其表面呈显著孔蜂窝状。将雌性SD大鼠制成高脂血症模型随机分为3组,以小麦纤维粉和普通燕麦麸粉作为对照,喂养4周后测定血液脂质水平,结果表明:燕麦麸,尤其是YPF-纤维粉可有效降低血TC,LDL-C及TG水平,对血中HDL-C水平无显著影响,表明YPF-纤维粉较普通燕麦麸粉和小麦纤维粉有更显著的降低血脂水平的作用,提示挤压膨化技术是改善膳食纤维品质,提高膳食纤维功能的有效手段。
PF-fiber powder mainly composed of oat bran and with the surface of honeycomb-like structure was produced by means of extrusion.18 weanling female SD hyperlipidemic rats were divided into three groups on the basis of body weight and plasma cholesterd levels.After 28 days feeding,cholesterol concentrations in plasma,plasma HDL-C,LDL-C and TG were determined.Oat bran,especially YPF-fiber powder decreased TC、LDL-C、and TG levels in plasma efficioutly.The level of HDL-C in plasma was not changed significantly compared with the control fed with (wheat fiber).The study showed that the hypocholesterolemic effects of YPF-fiber powder was better than oat bran and wheat fiber,and it implies that extrusion is an effect method in improving the quality and function of dietary fiber.
