摘要
目的:研究玉竹各极性部位对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠脾脏和胸腺的影响,初步探讨玉竹抗衰老作用的有效部位。方法:分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇、80%乙醇、水作为提取溶剂提取玉竹各极性部位;将玉竹各溶剂提取物连续给予模型小鼠灌胃56d,考察其对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的胸腺、脾脏指数及胸腺、脾脏镜下切片变化的影响。结果:玉竹水提部位能预防衰老小鼠胸腺和脾脏的萎缩,改善小鼠胸腺及脾脏病理结构。结论:玉竹水提部位可能是玉竹抗衰老作用的有效部位,其作用机制可能与预防免疫器官萎缩、提高免疫功能有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of different polarity of components of Rhizoma Polygonati Odovati on the spleen and thymus gland in D-galactose- induced aging- model mice so as to establish the anti- aging mechanism and antiaging active components of Rhizoma Polygonati Odovati. METHODS: Different polarity of extracts of Rhizoma Polygonati Odovati were extracted respectively with benzin petroleum, acetic ether, dehydrated alcohol, 80% ethanol, and water as extract solvents. The model mice were intragastrically administered with different polarity of components of Rhizoma Polygonati Odovati for 56 consecutive days, and the effects of each extractive on the indexes and pathological change of immune organ D - galactose- induced aging - mode| mice were monitored. RESULTS: Compared with each other extractive, aqueous extract of Rhizoma Polygonati Odovati can prevent the atrophy of thymus and spleen, and ameliorate the patho - constitution of spleen and thymus gland. CONCLUSION : Aqueous extract of Rhizoma Polygonati Odovati maybe the anti - aging active components in Rhizoma Polygonati Odovati, and its mechanism maybe related to its function to prevent the atrophy of immune organs and improve the immune function.
