摘要
目的:建立以RP-HPLC法测定消炎利尿合剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Syltech-500C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02%磷酸二氢钾溶液(68:32),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为265nm,柱温为25℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.0272~0.2720μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994);平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.06%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于消炎利尿合剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP HPLC method for the determination of Berberine hydrochloride in Xiaoyanliniao mixture. METHODS: The determination was performed using Syhech 500 C18 column(250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm) with column temperature at 25 ℃ . The mobile phase was acetonitrile 0.02% potassium dihydrogen phosphate (68 : 32)with flow rate at 1.0 mL·min^-1. The dective wavelength was set at 265 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of Berberine hydrochloride was 0. 027 2 -0.272 0μg ( r = 0. 999 4). The mean recovery was 98.0% (RSD = 1.06%. n = 6). CONCLUSION: This method is simple, rapid, accurale and suitable for the quality control of Xiaoyanliniao mixture.
