导数光谱法测定血清镁

摘要 以导数光谱测定血清镁是一种新方法。将测定波长选择在血清镁的最大吸收峰处(590um),此时导教光谱信号的强度与血清镁的浓度成正比。线性范围为0mmol/L~3.8mmol/L;批内CV为3.4%(n=20);平均回收率为99.43%,与AAS法显著相关(r=0.978P<0.01)。 The determination of serum Mg (Ⅱ) by derivative spectrum is a newmethod. The measuring wavelength was selected at maximum absorption peak (590 nm)of serum Mg(Ⅱ). Under this condition, there was a good direct proportion between thestrength of derivative spectrometric signal and serum concentration of Mg(Ⅱ). The linearrange was from 0 to 3. 8 mmol/L, the within-run CV and the average recovery rate were3. 4% (n = 20 ) and 99. 43%, respectively. It was shown that this method had a goodcorrelation with AAS (r = 0.978, P<0.01).
