摘要
目的:探讨染发剂对豚鼠皮肤的毒性作用。方法:用市售染发剂涂抹豚鼠皮肤制作染发剂的皮肤慢性损伤动物模型,统计豚鼠的体重变化,以及用电子显微镜观察皮肤表皮和真皮的超微结构改变。结果:在8000￣20000倍电子显微镜下观察,皮肤角质形成细胞及真皮成纤维细胞的细胞核、细胞器都出现不可逆转损伤。结论:50%、100%浓度的染发剂可导致豚鼠皮肤角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞发生不可逆病理改变,以及豚鼠的生长抑制等全身性影响。
Objective： To explore the toxic effect of hair colour cosmetics on skin of guinea pig.Methods：Animal model of skin chronic damage was done through daubing the skin of guinea pig with hair colour cosmetics available on the market. Body weight change of the guinea pig and ultrastructure change of the skin epidermis and dermal in electronmicroscope.Results：The cell nucleus and cell organelle of skin Malpighian cell and dermis fibroblast showed irreversible damage under electronmicroscope. Conclusions：The hair colour cosmetics of 50% and 100% density can induce irreversible patho-damage in skin Malpighian cell and dennis fibroblast and inhibit the growth of guinea pig and so on.
