摘要
针对当前建设领域的建筑工程造价控制问题,从设计、招投标、施工、结算各阶段分析如何进行工程造价控制,并提出合理控制工程造价的几点建议,以取得较好的投资效益和社会效益。
Aiming at the architectural project cost in the current architecture field,it analyzes how to control project cost from the aspects of design, inviting bid and biding, construction, final estimate, and brings forward some suggestions to control project cost proper in order to get good investment benefits and social benefits.
