摘要
为了提高五电平逆变器的性价比,在分析传统五电平逆变器拓扑的基础上,重组H桥级联结构与中点电位结构,只增加一个功率开关管构成辅助开关,跨接一个H桥与两个直流电压源,提出一种新型五电平逆变器拓扑。通过不同的开关组合,进而得到五电平输出电压。对H桥级联型五电平拓扑与新型拓扑的结构及输出性能进行了对比分析,仿真与试验结果表明:在输出相同电平的情况下,新型拓扑单元性价比高,验证了新型拓扑的正确性与有效性。
In order to improve the cost performance of the five-level inverter, a novel five-level inverter topology was presented. The novel topology was recomposed from cascaded H bridges topology and neutral potential topology, based on analysing the topologies of traditional five-level inverters. An extra controllable power switch was used to form the auxiliary switch, and it crossed between an H bridge and two DC voltage supplies. The output voltage with five levels could be obtained by a series of swithcing combinations. Structures and output voltage performance between cascaded H bridges and the novel were analysed contrastively. In the case of achieving the same output voltage levels, the simulated and experimental resuits indicate that the novel cell has higher cost performance. And the validity and correctness of the novel topology are verified.
