摘要
植物14-3-3蛋白是具有组织特异性的多基因家族蛋白,几乎存在于所有的真核细胞生物中,不同的生物中则存在不同的异型体。14-3-3蛋白作为一种重要的信号转导调节分子,通过与磷酸化的目标靶蛋白相结合,调节着植物的一系列生命活动过程,包括生长发育、碳水化合物代谢、氮素的吸收和利用等。此外,14-3-3蛋白通过对H+-ATP酶、离子通道蛋白的作用,调控着植物细胞内外的跨膜物质运输,通过信号转导参与植物体对病原菌的防卫反应。因此,14-3-3蛋白作为植物的一种重要的调节分子,今后在农作物的品质改良和抗性育种方面将具有良好的应用前景。
14-3-3 protein is a multigene family protein with tissue specificity and almost exists in all eukaryotic cells organism, and there exists different isoforrns in different organism. As an important signal transduction regulator in plant, it regulates many life activities including growth and development, metabolism of carbohydrate, assimilation and utilization of nitrogen through interacting with many phosphorylated target proteins. By interacting with H^+ -ATPase and ion channel protein, 14-3-3 protein regulates the nutrient transportation between the plasma membrane, and takes part in defense response of plant to pathogen and adversity through signal transduction. Therefore, 14-3-3 protein is an important signal transduction regulator, and it would be widely used in improving the quality and resistance of crops.
