摘要
为了解决高精度数控机床交流永磁直线同步电机伺服系统中负载扰动及参数变化对系统性能影响的问题,采用了鲁棒控制策略.利用基于内模原理的H∞控制方法,设计了H∞速度控制器,并详细讨论了加权函数的选取方法.仿真研究结果与常规PI控制效果比较表明,所设计的H∞控制器对交流永磁直线同步电机伺服系统具有优良的抗干扰能力和抑制模型不确定性的能力.
In order to avoid the great influence of load disturbances and parameter perturbations on permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) servo system for numerically controlled (NC) machine with high precision, the robust control strategy was applied. The H∞ speed controller was designed using H∞ control method based on inner mode principle, and the selecting scheme of weighting function was discussed. The comparison of H∞ controller with general PI controller indicates that the H∞ speed controller for PMLSM servo system has excellent disturbance resistance and model uncertainty attenuation performances.
