摘要
利用铜模注射法和铜模吸铸法分别制备出了杆状和管状的非晶态Fe36Co36B20Si4Nb4合金;采用非晶晶化法对非晶态Fe36Co36B20Si4Nb4合金进行了不同保温时间和不同保温温度的等温退火处理,获得了在非晶基体上均匀分布纳米晶的非晶/纳米晶复合材料。运用DSC、XRD和TEM等分析方法和手段,分析和检测了它们的热稳定性、结构特点以及纳米晶的分布情况。
Amorphous alloy Fe36Co36B20Si4Nb4
in the shape of rod and pipe was prepared by the method of copper mould injection casting and copper mould sucking casting. Based on the method of devitrification by annealing metallic glass, amorphous alloy Fe36Co36B20Si4Nb4
was treated by isothermal annealing at different temperature and different time, the composite with nano-crystal distributed uniformly in the matrix of bulk amorphous alloy was obtained. The glass-forming ability, thermal stability, crystallization and structure were analyzed and researched for amorphous alloy and nano-crystal alloy by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).
