摘要
理论和试验研究激光熔覆过程中熔覆带的横截面轮廓的形成过程.基于物质守恒和能量平衡理论,熔池是一个准稳定系统.分析发现在激光熔覆过程中形成的熔覆带的横截面轮廓是由熔池内液态金属凝固界面上固相、气相和液相三相交界线上的点形成的,这些点将成为各自所在横截面上的熔覆带轮廓上的点.在忽略熔池内过热度不高的液态金属的流动性的条件下,基于对熔覆带的横截面轮廓形成过程的分析,提出了用低功率激光在基板上进行单道扫描、熔覆同轴输送的粉末得到的熔覆带横截面轮廓模型,并用功率为500 W的CO2激光进行了熔覆试验,得到了与计算相符合的结果.
Formation procedure of cross-sectional clad profile in laser cladding is investigated theoretically and experimentally. Based on the law of conservation of mass and that of balance of energy, a melt pool can be defined as a quasi-steady system. It is indicated that the cross-sectional clad profile is derived from the points at the back part of the boundary between the liquid, gas and solid, and these points'heights are equal to those of the counterpoints at the cross-sectional clad profile. Based on the above analysis, the model of a cross-sectional clad profile in single-pass coaxial laser cladding is presented. A 500 W CO2 laser is used in the experiment. The experimental result agrees well with the calculated cross-sectional profile.
