摘要
研究了低合金白口铸铁在560~640℃范围内热疲劳裂纹扩展动力学。结果表明:低合金白口铸铁热疲劳裂纹的扩展长度L、裂纹扩展速度v与循环次数N之间分别符合L=bNa(a<1)和v=bNa-1,扩展激活能为24.50kJ/mol。
The kinetics of thermal fatigue crack propagation in a low alloy white cast iron was studied under the temperature range of 560-640 ℃. The results show that the relatianship between crack propagation length L, crack propagation rate v and cycle times N can be expressed as L=bN^a (a〈1) and v =bN^0-1 respectively, and the activation energy of crack propagation is 24.50kJ/mol.
