摘要
生理状态下,人体血压昼夜变化表现为昼高夜低。血压在清晨觉醒后由较低水平迅速升高,于上午10:00—12:00达到峰值,此后血压逐渐降低,但仍旧维持在一个较高水平;夜间,血压水平逐步下降,于凌晨03:00--05:00达到谷值;其后血压逐渐升高,并于清晨觉醒时再度迅速升高。
