摘要
目的:探讨治疗老年性便秘的最佳治疗方案。方法:将121例老年性便秘患者随机分为2组,治疗组61例采用中医辨证针药并用方法治疗,对照组60例采用口服药物西沙必利治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率93.4%;对照组总有效率85%,2组比较差异有十分显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:中医辨证针药结合治疗老年性便秘有较好的临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the best treatment to cure geriatric constipation.Method:121 geriatric constipation patients are divided into two groups,The experimental group of 61 subjects are treated by the integration of acupuncture and Chinese traditional medicine while the control group of 60 subjects are treated by taking oral cisapride tablets.Results:The curative effect in the experimental group is 93.4% while the curative effect in the control group is 85%.It shows that there exists great differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).That's to say,the treatment in the experimental group is more effective than that in the control group.Conclusion:The clinic curative effect of the integration of puncture and Chinese traditional medicine to the treatment of geriatric constipation is quite preferable.
