摘要 研究了将超重力新技术应用于高碱值石油磺酸钙的合成工艺过程,考察了在碳酸化阶段水的加入量以及促进剂甲醇的用量对合成过程和产品性质的影响,同时,检测了采用超重力技术合成的样品其储存稳定性、抗水稳定性、抗甲醇稳定性和抗氧化等性能。研究结果表明:在超重力合成工艺的碳酸化阶段加入水时,随着水量的增加,合成产品碱值下降,粘度和浊度相应增大。在不加水的条件下,采用超重力法合成超高碱值环烷酸钙的效果最佳。合成工艺中甲醇的用量对碳酸化反应时间和合成样品的性质有很大的影响,试验中促进剂甲醇的适宜用量为8%~15%。对样品进行稳定性试验考察得出,采用超重力新技术合成的高碱值石油磺酸钙产品的稳定性明显优于釜式法合成的产品,其储存稳定性、抗甲醇稳定性、抗水稳定性和抗氧化性能等均与国外同类产品的性能相当。 The HIGEE technics was applied to prepare overbased calcium petroleum sulfonate in this presentation.The influences of water added during the carbonation period and promoter dosage on the preparation process and product property were investigated.Furthermore,Product properties including deposited stability,water-resistance,methanol-resistance and antioxidance were also observed in details.The observation results show that product property were best comparaed to the produst synthesized under other condition when the water dosage was zereo.When the water dosage increasing the base number was dropped and kinematical viscosity and turbidity were increasing.By experiment the optimal dosage was 8%~15%.Stabilities of the overbased petroleum sulfonate sythesized by HIGEE technics were superior to the product by Kettle-type method,and its was also similar to the alike product abroad.
